Objectives

The specialization and the systematic work on a sector is a key for designs of high quality that is also a must for quality structures. It is also well known that the construction of a project (technically and financially) can't be better than the design provided. The experience gained over many years of work and by the collaborations involved with other consultancy firms or large construction companies, created production methods whose main aspects are:
  • Scientifically documented design of projects. The documentation is based on an up to date  technical knowledge, extensive experience in the subject and the means (machines and computer programs) by which is implemented. Nevertheless, it always carefully observed that these means don't become the main driver of a design, but always a positive assistance.
  • Technical solutions to be constructed and function. The systematic approach and solution of technical issues of a project result in a smooth and flawless construction and also in structures that will function as expected, still taking into account the aesthetic integration on the environment and the final cost.
  • Organized, practical and accurate presentation. The design is presented in a way that takes account of the site and the construction sequence and always with the ability to control the construction, build in drawings, by team members using only simple measuring devices, thus avoiding construction faults. The information provided in the drawings are complete without unnecessary items and are organized into practical pages for the work on site. Issues of structural calculations have limited size but not information. Within these one can seen the calculation process, assumptions and loads. Selectively text or graphics present results and justify the design options.
  • Design verification with respect to the choices of the original designer. The review is thorough putting always well-documented observations, based on the contractual obligations of the design, implementation of standards and civil engineering technique.
